"HelpBus" is an online service provided by the CCID. The service is accessible via https at the address “HelpBus.online”. By accessing this service, it is presumed that you, as a user, have read, understood, and accepted to be bound to the Terms of Service. To generate legal implications any other agreements are to be concluded between CCID and you in a written form with appropriate signatures. As the service evolves over time, we reserve the right to modify or add new rules to the present Terms of Service at any time by publishing the updates on “HelpBus.online”. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. We also add Comments to provide a better understanding of the rules established in the use of “HelpBus.online”, however they are not part of the present Terms of Service and they are not binding to any of the parts.
“HelpBus.online” has been established to ease support delivered by the companies and organisations at large for their customers.
The service is offered on an "as is" bases, without any guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied commercial guarantees. There is no guarantee whatsoever that the services will function without interruption or errors. To this extent, in no circumstances CCID cannot be held liable by the users of “HelpBus.online” for: loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings; loss of data and/or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental and/or consequential loss or damage. As user, you are the sole to bear the responsibility for damages caused to third parties by unlawful intent or by gross negligence and for damages caused while using the service (even if caused by a malfunction of the service).
Any material you have published on “HelpBus.online” (in any format) may be subject to moderation before or after upload. For materials published, you assume full responsibility and guarantees that you are in at least one of the following positions: (1) you are the author of the respective materials; (2) you hold the copyright over the respective materials; or (3) you have the consent of the copyright holder to publish the respective materials.
[Comment] If you are not the author of the material that you would like to publish, make sure you mention the source and/or the author: • If the material is coming from an online source, provide the link; • If the material is coming from an offline source, provide the name of the source, the name of the author and the page number if case; • Quote only the relevant part of the material.
[Comment] Before you decide to publish, you have the option to edit any material if you require. The material can be viewed by the other users only after you decide to publish it. You can delete a material any time before you decide to publish. You can also delete a published material (question, proposal, answer or related dependencies) at any time before another material is published in relation with the same topic. Deleted materials cannot be undeleted.
[Comment] Published materials may be removed if CCID considers can be included at least in one of the following categories (the list is indicative): • Just comments to a material without a substantive contribution; • Asking question on different topic; • "thanks!" or "me too!" - type responses; • Duplicate materials; • Incomplete or partial material that is lacking relevance; • Rude or abusive or spam; • Materials copied in whole or in part from unattributed sources; • Answers copied from language learning models (ex. ChatGPT);
By publishing materials of any kind on “HelpBus.online”, you retain with all rights and obligations under applicable law and grant a non-exclusive, free, irrevocable, and unlimited license in terms of time and territory to CCID. This license transfers all rights to the published materials regarding use, including but not limited to reproduction, transformation, distribution, redistribution, retransmission, promotion and/or commercially exploit of the materials as a whole or in parts in any media format and through any media channels, as well as the rights for the creation of derivative works.
[Comment] CCID preserve the rights over the materials even if you are not any longer a user of the “HelpBus.online” service. For example, for various reasons, you might require CCID to delete the materials you published. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be satisfied by CCID since it will affect the consistency and the comprehensiveness of the service. As time passes, other users are publishing materials that are interconnected with your contributions. As such, all published materials become part of an interconnected web of living records. However, we offer several options instead: • you can delete any draft material that has not been published yet (such materials cannot be undeleted); • you can delete any published material (question, proposal, answer or related dependencies), at any time before another material is published in relation with the same topic (such materials cannot be undeleted); • you may Contact Us and request to disassociate your materials and delete your account. In such case your contributions will remain on “HelpBus.online”, but they will no longer be attributed to you. (such operation cannot be reversed)
While using “HelpBus.online” service you are the solely responsible for ensuring to remain compliant with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and to avoid any conflicts with the present Terms of Service. The present Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The ordinary courts from Romania are the only ones to be competent for disputes arising from, or in connection with, the present Terms of Service and/or use of “HelpBus.online”. With respect to all disputes that might occur in the relationship with CCID, you agree first to consult with each other to resolve such dispute in a manner satisfactory to both parties, and that, only if a resolution is not reached within ninety (90) days, to refer to the competent courts.
In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to restrict the use of materials published and/or to suspend or terminate your access to the service.
CCID failure to enforce the present Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that. Waiver of compliance in any instance does not mean that we will waive compliance in the future.
